Tasting Notes
Passionfruit and lychee delicately tickle the nose. With a tropical citrus, rhubarb, and racing acidity brightens the palate.
Vineyard Notes
Our Eden Rift Rosé consists of two blocks C & E, with specific rows designated for Rosé. The blocks are picked at the same time because block C generally ripens a few weeks later than the E. This allows us to retain a lot of natural acidity with a balance of ripeness and moderate to low alcohols.
Production Notes
The grapes are hand-picked and very delicately pressed to minimize phenolic content in the wine. Juice is racked off the lees after one day of settling and fermented in 100% stainless steel. All native yeast, no malolactic fermentation, and cold-stabilized.
